摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨0~1岁婴儿出生体重与神经心理发育的相关性。方法选取2024年12月至2025年12月在湖北恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院就诊的0~1岁婴儿118例,其中男64例、女54例,采用《0~6岁儿童神经心理发育量表》评估其大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言及社交行为,比较不同性别婴儿各能区得分差异,并分析出生体重与各能区发育水平的相关性。结果女婴大运动、适应能力及社交行为得分高于男婴,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精细动作及语言比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出生体重与大运动(r=0.297,P=0.001)、精细动作(r=0.288,P=0.002)、适应能力(r=0.319,P<0.001)、语言(r=0.346,P<0.001)及社交行为(r=0.245,P=0.007)均呈正相关。结论出生体重与0~1岁婴儿神经心理发育水平密切相关,较高出生体重有利于婴儿神经心理发育。
