摘要(Abstract)：

载脂蛋白B mRNA编辑酶催化多肽样（apolipoprotein B mRNA-editing enzyme, catalytic polypeptide-like, APOBEC）家族是一类依赖锌离子的胞苷脱氨酶，其核心生理功能为参与先天免疫反应，通过介导病毒DNA胞苷脱氨基发挥抗病毒作用。近年来，随着基因组测序技术的发展，APOBEC家族被证实可通过异常激活诱导基因组产生特征性突变，参与肿瘤的发生、发展及治疗抵抗过程，成为肿瘤基因组学研究的热点。本文将从APOBEC家族的生物学特性、其介导的致突变机制、在不同肿瘤类型中的作用、与临床诊疗的关联及研究展望等方面，结合最新研究成果进行综述，旨在为深入理解肿瘤发生机制及开发新型诊疗策略提供参考。
