肠道菌群在脓毒症相关性肝损伤发病与治疗中的作用研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

脓毒症的特点为全身炎症反应及多器官功能衰竭,其中脓毒症相关性肝损伤作为脓毒症常见的并发症之一。近年来,随着“肠-肝轴”机制的发现与深入,研究方向逐渐转向肠道菌群领域。研究证实肠道菌群失调可破坏肠黏膜屏障导致内毒素易位,激活肝脏的炎症通路引发炎症。同时菌群代谢谱改变加剧了肝细胞死亡和免疫紊乱。针对上述发病机制,调控肠道微生态已成为极具潜力的治疗新策略,包括益生菌定植、粪便微生物移植(FMT)以及限时进食(TRF)等,旨在重建菌群平衡、促进保护性代谢物产生并抑制下游损伤通路。本文将检索并分析近年的国内外研究进展,阐述相关的治疗作用。
