脑微出血相关危险因素分析

摘要(Abstract):

脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds, CMBs)是脑小血管病变引起的一种亚临床脑实质损害,以微小出血为主要特征。它是由于脑小血管壁严重损害,血液从血管壁渗出,形成含铁血黄素在脑实质沉积为主要特征的亚临床损害。由于出血量少,临床上无典型症状和体征。脑微出血作为一种具有出血倾向的脑小血管病,越来越受到重视。现结合文献探讨脑微出血的危险因素,为CMBs患者的二级预防提供一定的理论依据。
