摘要(Abstract)：

青少年抑郁症已成为威胁青少年身心健康的重要公共卫生问题，自杀行为是其最为严重的结局之一。童年虐待作为重要的负性早年经历，与青少年抑郁及自杀风险密切相关，但二者之间的具体关联仍有待进一步明确。本研究采用病例对照研究设计，以青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象，探讨童年虐待与自杀行为的内在联系，分析不同类型童年虐待对自杀行为的影响。研究通过规范的量表评估、严格的质量控制与科学的研究流程，揭示童年虐待在青少年抑郁患者自杀行为发生中的作用机制，为临床早期识别、风险评估与针对性干预提供理论依据与实践参考，助力降低青少年自杀风险，提升青少年心理健康水平。
