摘要(Abstract):
近视是一个全球性的公共卫生问题,随着近视的发展,高度近视可引起眼底出现病理性改变,甚至于致盲。近年来近视呈现出低龄化趋势,在近视发展早期进行治疗至关重要。低浓度阿托品已被证实在近视防控中安全有效且副作用小。本文对0.01%浓度阿托品滴眼液在治疗近视中应用的研究进展做一综述。
