摘要(Abstract):
高甘油三酯血症(Hypertriglyceridaemia,HTG)是临床上最常见的脂质异常之一。根据《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2016年修订版)》,甘油三酯(tridyceride,TG)水平以空腹(禁食12h以上)<1.7mmoL/L为合适水平,TG≥2.3mmoL/L为升高。根据空腹TG水平的不同,对HTG严重程度进行分层,边缘升高为≥1.7mmoL/L且<2.3mmoL/L,升高为≥2.3mmoL/L且<5.6mmoL/L,重度升高为≥5.6mmoL/L。流行病学和遗传学研究已经证实,富含甘油三酯的脂蛋白及其残余物是导致动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,ASCVD)的重要因素,血清TG>2.3mmoL/L患ASCVD风险增加,而重度HTG除了增加ASCVD风险外,急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)风险明显增高。现将北京大学第三医院2024年收治的1例患者报告如下。
