摘要(Abstract):
血压测量是心血管病诊断和治疗的重要内容,然而由于传统的诊室血压测量和家庭自测血压等操作方式都难以长时间持续测量,而通过24小时动态血压监测又需配置专用袖带、随身携带等方法较为繁杂,也影响着某些特殊人群的血压监测。此外,一些新技术不断出现:可穿戴式血压测量仪已经登陆日常生活;无袖带血压测量设备进入人们视野;基于脉搏波技术的血压测量;远程监测平台的设置;人工智能技术的应用。具体技术、验证标准、临床应用、优势与不足等。另外,展望血压测量未来的研究方向与进展是连续、无感、精准、智能血压测量,这将会对临床实践和公共卫生决策起到促进作用。
