Abstract:
The upgrading of industries forces the reform of the vocational education talent evaluation system. The integration of job, course, competition and certificate evaluations has become the core means to connect the talent cultivation of vocational colleges with the market job requirements. The existing evaluation system breaks the limitations of single course assessment and integrates four assessment dimensions: job practice, course teaching, skills competition, and vocational certificates. It establishes an integrated talent measurement system. Field research shows that in the process of promoting integrated evaluation in domestic vocational colleges, there are four practical obstacles: cognitive dislocation, separation of subjects, standard discontinuity, and insufficient resources. This article analyzes the internal definition and operational characteristics of integrated evaluation, and builds a solution plan from four aspects: value orientation, subject framework, digital platform, and supporting resources. It provides practical reference for vocational colleges to improve the evaluation mechanism for compound talents in fields such as finance and commerce.
