摘要(Abstract):
天疱疮为罕见自身免疫性疾病,扁平苔藓近年亦被认为免疫性疾病,二者合并发病临床报道极少。本文报道1例53岁男性天疱疮合并扁平苔藓病例,该患者以口腔疱疹起病,继发全身皮疹,经托法替布联合沙利度胺治疗后病情稳定。本研究探讨二者共存的发病机制,总结临床诊疗方案,为该类罕见合并症的临床诊断与治疗提供参考依据。
