摘要(Abstract)：

天疱疮为罕见自身免疫性疾病，扁平苔藓近年亦被认为免疫性疾病，二者合并发病临床报道极少。本文报道1例53岁男性天疱疮合并扁平苔藓病例，该患者以口腔疱疹起病，继发全身皮疹，经托法替布联合沙利度胺治疗后病情稳定。本研究探讨二者共存的发病机制，总结临床诊疗方案，为该类罕见合并症的临床诊断与治疗提供参考依据。
