摘要(Abstract):
干燥综合征作为一类慢性系统性自身免疫性疾病,核心病理特征为外分泌腺体的慢性淋巴细胞浸润,其临床症状繁杂且个体差异大,临床诊疗过程中存在确诊延迟、治疗方案选择难等问题,严重干扰患者的正常生活,也大幅降低了患者的长期生存质量。现阶段,免疫学、分子生物学技术的不断革新,推动该病发病机制阐释、诊断体系完善及治疗方案优化等方面的研究持续推进,诸多新发现为临床诊疗突破提供了新方向。本文结合国内外最新研究文献,针对干燥综合征固有免疫与适应性免疫的交叉调控机制、临床常用诊断标准的实践应用差异、新型生物标志物的挖掘验证,以及靶向生物制剂的临床应用效果等核心内容展开系统综述,分析当前领域内研究存在的局限与临床实践面临的挑战,以期为临床医师制定规范化、个体化诊疗方案提供详实参考,并对未来基于发病机制的精准诊疗、个体化管理的发展趋势进行分析与展望。
