摘要(Abstract):
本研究说明生后一周内补液量过多或过少均会对肺、心血管及肠道等多器官功能产生负面影响,早期液体平衡越来越受到重视。本文系统回顾早产儿生后一周内补液量对支气管肺发育不良、动脉导管未闭、坏死性小肠结肠炎等预后影响的研究进展,探讨限制性液体管理的应用价值与研究前景。
