经皮穴位电刺激在快速康复外科中的应用进展

摘要(Abstract):

经皮穴位电刺激(transcutaneouselectricalacupointstimulation,TEAS)是一种将低频脉冲电流经皮作用于特定穴位的无创干预技术,兼具穴位刺激特异性和电刺激参数可调控等特点。随着快速康复外科(enhancedrecoveryaftersurgery,ERAS)理念的推广,TEAS在围手术期管理中的应用逐渐受到关注。现有研究表明,TEAS可缓解围手术期焦虑,稳定血流动力学,减少麻醉及阿片类药物用量,并在减轻术后疼痛、降低术后恶心呕吐发生率、促进胃肠功能恢复、改善睡眠质量及认知功能等方面发挥积极作用。TEAS与ERAS减轻应激反应、减少药物相关不良反应和促进早期康复的目标具有较高契合度。本文围绕TEAS融入ERAS的理论基础、围手术期临床应用及研究现状进行综述,以期为其规范化应用提供参考。
