摘要(Abstract):
近年来,免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)在错配修复缺陷(dMMR)/高度微卫星不稳定(MSI-H)的转移性结直肠癌(mCRC)治疗中取得了革命性成功。然而,大量研究表明,即使在同一分子亚型内,原发于左半结肠(LCC)和右半结肠(RCC)的结直肠癌对免疫治疗的反应存在显著差异。本综述旨在系统阐述这一差异现象,重点探讨肿瘤微环境(TME)作为关键决定因素的核心作用,分析TME的异质性构成,并总结其对患者精准分层和联合治疗策略开发的深远临床意义。
