摘要(Abstract)：

糖尿病肾病（DKD）是糖尿病最严重的微血管并发症之一，已成为终末期肾脏病的主要病因。系统免疫炎症指数（SII）和甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数（TyG）是近年来备受关注的两种新型复合标志物，分别代表全身性炎症状态和胰岛素抵抗。现有证据表明，SII与TyG指数是DKD发生发展的关键因素。本综述通过系统探讨SII、TyG与DKD之间的病理生理与临床相关性，评估这两个指标在疾病发展中的临床价值，为DKD的早期筛查和防治提供新思路。
