摘要(Abstract):
急性胰腺炎(AP)是一种发病急、进展快且预后差异显著的消化系统急症,其严重程度从自限性水肿型到致死性坏死型不等。血清标志物因具有无创、便捷、可动态监测等优势,已成为AP预后评估体系的核心组成部分。本综述系统梳理了血清标志物在AP预后评估中的基础理论、流行病学特征、诊断技术、治疗策略、局限性和评估潜力。研究表明,传统标志物(如C反应蛋白、降钙素原)与新型标志物(如microRNA、代谢物)的联合应用可显著提升预后评估的准确性,然而,血清标志物的特异性不足、动态变化规律不明确等问题仍制约其临床应用。
