摘要(Abstract)：

功能性胃肠病（Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders，FGIDs）是消化内科常见病征群，其病理机制涉及多因素相互作用。研究表明，该疾病与脑-肠轴失调、内脏高敏感性、肠道菌群紊乱等生理病理改变密切相关。FGIDs的治疗缺乏特异性方法,FGIDs的传统药物治疗主要是注重于调节肠道动力方面，常用药物包括解痉药、促胃肠动力药等。现在新兴的治疗领域，如神经调节剂、改善肠道菌群、认知行为干预及精神心理疗法等，试图通过改变微生物群、精神心理因素来缓解患者的临床症状；将来也可以适当考虑实行从单一症状控制向多种治疗方法联合使用，从而提高FGIDs的治疗效果。
