TYG 指数及其衍生指数在心血管疾病中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

心血管疾病(CVD)是全球范围内导致居民死亡的首要原因,胰岛素抵抗(IR)是其发生发展的核心危险因素。甘油三酯-葡萄糖(TyG)指数是基于空腹甘油三酯与血糖计算得到的IR替代标志物,因检测简便、成本低廉、可重复性好,在CVD防控领域受到广泛关注。本文系统梳理了TyG指数的基本概念与生理学意义,阐述了其与冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、心力衰竭、心律失常等各类CVD的相关性,重点分析了TyG衍生指数的构建与临床应用价值,总结了其潜在作用机制、临床应用前景与现存局限,旨在为TyG指数及其衍生指数在CVD临床诊疗与防控中的应用提供理论参考。
