基于“肝肾同源理论”探讨糖尿病视网膜病变的机制及芪明颗粒应用分析

摘要(Abstract):

基于中医“肝肾同源”理论,糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy, DR)的核心病机总结为肝肾精血亏虚、阴虚络损,致目窍失养,痰瘀阻络。芪明颗粒以黄芪、枸杞子、决明子等药物组方,通过补益肝肾、益气养阴、化瘀通络,靶向调控氧化应激、炎症反应及血管新生等病理环节。本文系统梳理肝肾同源理论与DR“精亏-血瘀-络损”病机的关联性,结合网络药理学及临床试验证据,阐释芪明颗粒多成分-多靶点-多通路的协同作用机制,为中西医结合治疗DR提供理论及实践依据。
