摘要(Abstract):
骨质疏松症(OP)与高脂血症(HLP)常共病,可能削弱一线药物唑来膦酸的疗效。降钙素作为关键骨代谢调节激素,其水平变化或介导此关联。本文系统梳理三者关联,旨在明确研究缺口。通过检索2007-2025年文献,纳入62篇中英文文献进行分析。结果HLP 与OP关联显著但具人群异质性;唑来膦酸在普通OP人群中疗效明确,但HLP可能削弱其疗效,然具体作用尚未系统阐明。降钙素与唑来膦酸有协同作用,但其在HLP背景下的调节机制未明。结论本文旨在为临床诊治提供新思路,给予唑来膦酸治疗前评估患者血脂状况和(潜在的)降钙素水平,有助于预测疗效并制定个体化联合方案。
