摘要(Abstract):
支气管哮喘是以气道慢性炎症、高反应性和重塑为特征的异质性呼吸系统疾病诊断治疗管理依赖精准评估气道炎症状态。呼出气一氧化氮(fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO)作为无创便捷可重复的气道炎症生物标志物在哮喘临床实践中应用价值凸显。本文综述FeNO生物学基础及检测原理重点阐述其在哮喘早期诊断表型识别治疗反应预测疗效监测及长期管理中的临床应用分析当前检测局限性展望未来发展方向为临床医生优化哮喘诊治策略提供参考。
